This Privacy Policy applies to the public marketing website at cervallc.com. It does not cover any future CerVaLens software products, mobile applications, or SDK deployments — those will be governed by separate end-user agreements and privacy notices delivered with the product.
This website is a static brochure site. We do not run analytics, behavioral tracking, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. We do not set cookies for advertising or profiling purposes.
The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us when you email one of our team members directly via the contact addresses listed on our Contact page. That email — including your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message — is processed by our email provider for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Our website is served by a third-party hosting provider, which may automatically log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, request timestamp) for the purpose of operating and securing the service. We do not access or use these logs for marketing or profiling.
We use information you send us solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate potential partnerships, and maintain a record of business correspondence. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
We do not share personal information with third parties, except (a) with our email and hosting service providers acting on our behalf under standard contractual terms, or (b) when required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the European Union under the GDPR, the United Kingdom under the UK GDPR, and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain uses.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@cervallc.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We retain business correspondence for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact above.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date above.
